Hudl is seeking a User Experience Designer to shape tools for youth sports organizations. You'll focus on user research and design to enhance product usability. This role requires experience in UX design and proficiency in Figma.
You are a User Experience Designer with a strong focus on user-centered design principles. You have experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design solutions that enhance user experience. Your background includes working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging products. You understand the importance of usability testing and are skilled at iterating designs based on user feedback. You are passionate about solving real problems for real users and thrive in environments where you can make a tangible impact. You are familiar with design tools such as Figma and have a portfolio that showcases your design process and outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of Hudl's products that support youth sports organizations. You will conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of athletes, coaches, and families. Your insights will guide the design process, ensuring that the tools we build are user-friendly and effective. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. You will also participate in usability testing sessions, gathering feedback to refine and improve the user experience.
