Faire is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to drive critical initiatives across Marketplace Ops functions. You'll work closely with cross-functional leaders to implement processes that unlock efficient growth for brands and retailers. This role requires strong analytical and operational skills.

As the Strategy & Operations Lead at Faire, you will be responsible for driving critical initiatives across Marketplace Ops functions, including Marketplace Quality. Your role will involve analyzing marketplace performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of the marketplace. You will also be tasked with monitoring key performance indicators and reporting on progress to senior leadership, providing insights that inform decision-making and strategic direction.
