You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 7 years of experience in content policy, anti-abuse, or customer support operations. Your background includes the development and usage of large language models (LLMs) in operational contexts. You are comfortable working non-standard hours, including on-call rotations, weekends, and holidays. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to frame problems and structure analyses effectively to drive impact. Your experience ideally includes reviewing content, answering user questions, and collaborating with vendors to ensure compliance with policies. You have a general working knowledge of operations across teams, with deep expertise in infrastructure, operations, and metrics.
As a Policy Enforcement Manager at YouTube, you will be responsible for enforcing the policies of the YouTube Partner Program. You will analyze how these policies impact users and contribute to platform changes and new product launches. Your role will involve liaising with policy, Public Relations, Legal, and Partnerships teams to craft and implement process solutions to emerging threats. You will work closely with the Trust and Safety team to enhance the YouTube experience, ensuring that it remains a safe platform for users and content creators.
