As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting within your designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments. Your role will involve performing virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. You will work diligently to grow your own book of business, earning residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management. Building strong client relationships across various industries will be a key part of your daily activities, making each day different and rewarding.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $90,000-$100,000 and year two on-target earnings between $100,000-$120,000. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, including health, vision, and dental coverage.
