Overview

Hootsuite is seeking an Account Manager, Scale to maintain relationships with existing customers and drive renewals and upsell opportunities. You'll leverage your commercial skills to manage customer engagements effectively. This role is based in London.

Who you are

You have experience in account management, ideally with a focus on customer success and relationship building. You understand the importance of maintaining customer health and experience, and you are skilled at providing timely answers to customer inquiries. Your ability to develop rapport with customers is key, as you proactively provide insightful market information and solutions that showcase the maximum benefits of Hootsuite products. You are comfortable managing a high volume of customer renewals and are adept at identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to deliver customer value throughout the sales cycle.

What you'll do

In this role, you will maintain low-touch day-to-day contact with customers for pooled accounts, focusing on driving customer health and experience. You will develop strong relationships with customers by providing timely and insightful information about Hootsuite's products. Your primary responsibility will be to drive renewals, upsells, and expansions in your accounts by engaging customers and educating them on Hootsuite’s value proposition. You will also be responsible for providing weekly forecasts and maintaining rolling forecasts, including monitoring and reporting on account data health. Additionally, you will contribute to generating team pipeline for upsell and product add-ons upon contract renewal, ensuring that you are consistently adding value to both Hootsuite and its partners.
