What you'll do

As a Legal Summer Associate Intern at GoFundMe, you will assist the legal team with a wide range of responsibilities. You will review, draft, and negotiate various agreements, ensuring that all legal documents meet the necessary standards. Additionally, you will help develop templates, policies, and procedures that streamline legal operations. Your role will also involve participating in dispute resolution and litigation processes, where you will identify legal and business risks and provide strategic, practical, and creative legal advice. Throughout the internship, you will engage in various projects, including corporate governance, intellectual property matters, marketing reviews, data privacy, product counseling, and employment law. This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of in-house legal work and the chance to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
