What you'll do

As the Engineering Lead for Custody at BitMEX, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of the Funds & Wallets system, which is critical for the custody of digital assets. You will work closely with Trading and Wallet Technology Engineers to ensure that our systems are secure, efficient, and capable of handling the demands of thousands of trading customers. Your role will involve overseeing the tracking of deposits and withdrawals, as well as interacting with the blockchains of supported currencies and networks. You will also be tasked with identifying areas for improvement within the system and implementing solutions that enhance both security and user experience. Additionally, you will mentor and guide your team members, helping them to grow their skills and advance their careers. You will play a key role in shaping the engineering culture at BitMEX, promoting collaboration and innovation across the organization.
