What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary legal advisor for n8n's US operations, focusing on accelerating deal velocity in the Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. You will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including customer agreements, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, particularly those related to data protection and privacy. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that align with legal requirements while supporting business objectives. Additionally, you will provide guidance on risk management and help develop policies that promote ethical business practices. You will also play a key role in educating internal teams about legal considerations and best practices, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
