Guidepoint is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead initiatives for attracting and hiring early-career talent. Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly in recruiting early-career talent. With a focus on diversity and equity, you understand the importance of creating an inclusive hiring process that respects candidates from all backgrounds. You are skilled in utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and have experience attending campus events to attract top talent. Your ability to build strong partnerships with universities and hiring managers is key to your success in this role. You are comfortable managing full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to providing a best-in-class candidate experience.

Desirable

Experience in corporate recruitment and familiarity with mid-senior level hiring would be advantageous. You are adaptable and can manage travel requirements during the campus recruitment cycle. Your understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making will help you forecast talent needs effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Guidepoint, you will lead strategic initiatives to attract and engage early-career talent. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for internships and entry-level positions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will forecast talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals. You will also represent Guidepoint at campus events, enhancing the company's brand presence and attracting top talent from universities. Your role will involve continuous improvement of recruitment processes, ensuring that they are equitable and welcoming for all candidates. You will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager to align on recruitment strategies and share insights from your experiences.

What we offer

Guidepoint offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, along with an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. You will be part of a dynamic recruitment team that values integrity and diversity, contributing to a culture of respect and collaboration. The hybrid work model allows for flexibility, with opportunities to work both in the office and remotely.
