Your role will involve continuous improvement of recruitment processes, ensuring that they are equitable and welcoming for all candidates. You will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager to align on recruitment strategies and share insights from your experiences.

What we offer

Guidepoint offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, along with an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
