Your ability to build strong partnerships with universities and hiring managers is key to your success in this role. You are comfortable managing full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to providing a best-in-class candidate experience.
Experience in corporate recruitment and familiarity with mid-senior level hiring would be advantageous. You are adaptable and can manage travel requirements during the campus recruitment cycle. Your understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making will help you forecast talent needs effectively.

Guidepoint offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, along with an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
