Shift Lead - Wynwood

Who you are

You have experience in fast-paced, physical environments and are excited to engage in day-to-day operations. As a Shift Lead, you take ownership of your assigned shifts, ensuring that warehouse and kitchen processes are executed safely and efficiently. You maintain accountability for inventory and equipment, ensuring they are properly handled and protected from loss or theft. You are committed to delighting customers by ensuring their orders are delivered with high quality and accuracy. You possess strong leadership skills, guiding Operations Associates through their shifts and ensuring the team works productively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support Site Management in running great shifts at the DashMart. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, which may include preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You will lead your team by delegating tasks effectively and ensuring that all operations run smoothly. You will communicate with customers when issues arise, ensuring that Dasher pickups go without a hitch. Your role will involve maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, as well as training new team members to uphold these standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that all company assets are properly managed.
