You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with technical teams and content creators to execute your vision. In this role, you will own the organic growth strategy for Homebase, focusing on site performance and SEO/GEO strategies. You will collaborate with the web team to drive industry-leading site performance, ensuring that all technical aspects align with best practices. You will lead initiatives in on-page SEO, community building on platforms like Reddit, and offsite link strategies to enhance brand visibility. You will also engage in partner co-marketing efforts to expand reach and drive traffic. Your role will involve tracking and analyzing performance metrics to measure success and inform future strategies. You will report directly to the Manager of Organic Growth and work closely with various teams, including technical SEO consultants and product marketing, to ensure alignment and rapid execution of projects. You will be responsible for creating a robust organic presence that not only drives traffic but also converts visitors into loyal customers.
