You have experience in a supervisory role, ideally within an automotive or manufacturing environment, where you've successfully managed teams to achieve production and quality goals. You understand the importance of maintaining high standards and can effectively coach and develop team members to enhance their strengths and address weaknesses. You are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring that every vehicle meets rigorous mechanical and cosmetic standards. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while keeping safety at the forefront of operations.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, as is familiarity with vehicle inspection processes. You may have a background in quality assurance or production management, which will help you excel in this role. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be engaging with your team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
As the Autobody Line Lead, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Inspection Center, ensuring that vehicles are processed efficiently and meet Carvana's high standards. You will oversee the movement of cars into and out of the center, coordinating repairs and inspections while meeting production targets. Your role will involve engaging with your team, providing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
