As a Senior People Strategy Partner at Oscar, you will play a crucial role in empowering departmental leaders to achieve their goals. You will work closely with the Chief People Officer to ensure that the right roadmaps, management processes, and talent are in place to meet strategic outcomes. Your deep understanding of the functions' operations will allow you to assess their effectiveness and provide valuable feedback on performance. You will act as a strategic thought partner to business leaders, helping them navigate human capital processes and build alignment across the organization. Your insights will be instrumental in shaping the future of Oscar's people strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company's overall objectives.

Oscar offers a competitive salary range of $131,200 - $172,200 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes unlimited vacation.
