Onsite Medical Representative

You have experience in medical support, ideally in a workplace setting, and are committed to promoting health and safety principles. You are proactive in assessing and addressing health concerns, and you have a strong understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety protocols. What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon, you will be responsible for providing first aid support to associates and guiding them on both occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses. You will work closely with the WHS Site Manager and WHS Specialist, attending weekly safety committee meetings and participating in case management reviews. Your role will involve greeting new hires and ensuring they understand the health and safety resources available to them. You will independently assess health situations and make referrals to outside medical providers as necessary, ensuring that all associates receive the care they need. You will also assist in promoting health and wellness initiatives across the site, advocating for a culture of safety and wellbeing.
