Datatonic is hiring a People Operations Coordinator to manage employee lifecycle processes and improve operational efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to refining workflows.

In this role, you will manage the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that every detail from offer acceptance to Day 1 is executed flawlessly. You will take ownership of the offboarding process, making sure that transitions for departing team members are smooth and respectful. Your role will involve meticulous data management, where you will maintain accuracy in the HRIS, ensuring that all employee records are up-to-date and compliant. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, streamlining administrative workflows to enhance the efficiency of People Operations. Collaborating closely with the Global Director of People Operations, you will help shape the employee experience in the Americas region, contributing to a workplace that values innovation and inclusivity.
