SingleStore is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing relationships with large strategic customers. You'll leverage a value-selling approach to close multi-million dollar deals. This role requires strong sales experience and relationship-building skills.
You are an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record in closing new business and expanding existing accounts. With a focus on large strategic customers, you excel at building and nurturing C-Suite relationships, consistently achieving multi-million dollar deals. Your approach is rooted in value-selling, effectively tying technology to measurable business outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the opportunity to over-achieve and earn competitive compensation with uncapped commissions.
You have experience developing and executing strategic territory and account plans, consistently achieving revenue targets within a defined portfolio. You are adept at leading multiple, concurrent customer sales cycles end to end, with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition while managing longer, more complex deal timelines. Your ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and manage complexity across decision-makers sets you apart.
You partner closely with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, and Field Marketing teams to drive deal strategy, pipeline generation, and execution. Building and maintaining relationships with Channel partners is second nature to you, supporting pipeline development and co-selling efforts. You quickly develop a deep understanding of the company’s software products, enabling you to articulate their value effectively to potential customers.
Experience in a software startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the technology landscape relevant to SingleStore’s offerings. You are comfortable working in a collaborative team setting and are eager to contribute to the overall success of the sales organization.

You will own and grow large, strategic customer accounts, navigating multi-stakeholder environments and managing complexity across decision-makers.
You will partner closely with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, and Field Marketing to drive deal strategy, pipeline generation, and execution. Building and maintaining relationships with Channel partners will be key to supporting pipeline development and co-selling efforts. You will leverage your understanding of the company’s software products to effectively communicate their value to potential customers, ensuring alignment with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to maximize win rates and increase lifetime customer value.
SingleStore offers a competitive compensation package, including merit increases and annual bonuses. The base salary range for this role, if based in Boston, Chicago, New York, or Dallas, is $150,000 - $185,000 USD per year.
