Overview

Agoda is seeking a Senior Manager for People Services & Helpdesk to enhance employee experiences and support talent management. This role is based in Bangkok and focuses on creating a vibrant workplace culture.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in people operations, ideally with a focus on employee services and support functions. Your background includes managing teams and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. You understand the importance of creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where employees can thrive. You are skilled in developing processes that streamline onboarding and relocation experiences, ensuring that every employee feels valued from day one. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams allows you to design workspaces that foster productivity and creativity. You are passionate about nurturing talent and have a track record of implementing programs that support employee development and retention.

Desirable

Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, as is familiarity with global talent acquisition strategies. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure the success of people initiatives. A background in HR technology and tools that enhance employee experiences will set you apart. What you'll do
