You have a strong background in security engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the field, particularly within blockchain and cryptocurrency environments. Your expertise includes working with Web3 technologies, and you are well-versed in Solidity and Ethereum, enabling you to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities effectively.

You possess a deep understanding of security best practices and frameworks, including OWASP, and have experience implementing security measures in decentralized applications. Your analytical skills allow you to assess risks and develop strategies to enhance the security posture of Web3 projects.

You are a proactive communicator who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure security is integrated into the development lifecycle. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about advancing the security of digital assets.

Desirable

Experience with smart contract auditing and penetration testing is a plus, as is familiarity with various blockchain protocols beyond Ethereum. You are also encouraged to bring innovative ideas to improve security processes and tools.
