Doctolib is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive the digital transformation of healthcare. You'll engage with existing customers to maximize the value of Doctolib's solutions. This role requires strong sales skills and a proactive approach.
You are eager to contribute to the digital transformation of healthcare and thrive in a sales environment where your ambition and learning mindset can make a real impact. You possess strong communication skills and enjoy engaging with customers over the phone and video to identify their needs and present relevant solutions. You are structured and KPI-oriented, capable of managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful closure. You are familiar with Salesforce and understand the importance of tracking your pipeline and measuring your progress to contribute to revenue growth.
Experience in a sales role, particularly in a technology or healthcare context, is a plus. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating closely with customer success and marketing teams to enhance customer experiences.
In this role, you will actively sell Doctolib's telephone assistant solutions to existing customers, ensuring they fully leverage the platform's capabilities. You will conduct targeted and empathetic conversations to understand customer challenges and present tailored solutions. You will independently manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and consultation to proposal creation and objection handling, ultimately leading to successful sales closures. You will work in a structured manner, tracking your activities and results in Salesforce, and continuously seek feedback to improve your performance. Collaboration with customer success, marketing, and other teams will be essential to provide a holistic customer experience and drive satisfaction.
