You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the fintech or digital asset sectors — you've successfully driven revenue growth and built strong relationships with key stakeholders in financial institutions. Your experience includes managing sales teams and developing strategies that align with business objectives. You understand the complexities of digital assets and blockchain technology, enabling you to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

You are a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills — you can navigate complex sales cycles and close high-value deals. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs allows you to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in achieving sales targets.

What you'll do

As the Sales Director at Fireblocks, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy for our Payments division — your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers.
