The role requires strong analytical capabilities to identify trends, measure team performance, and implement strategic improvements.
Technical proficiency in data management tools (Excel, Access, SQL) is highly valued, as the position involves extensive data analysis and reporting. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven leadership abilities, and a track record of successfully implementing process improvements. Additionally, proficiency in data management tools (Excel, Access, SQL) is essential for conducting detailed analysis, generating reports, and presenting actionable insights to drive business performance.
A day in the life

About the team
This role will be part of a 7 membered team which takes care of Air and Rail operations for West. All job roles will be reporting to the Regional Manager.- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
