Flex is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to lead the Compliance Management System (CMS) initiatives. You'll define strategy and build scalable programs while partnering with regulatory stakeholders. This role requires deep regulatory expertise and operational savvy.
You are an accomplished compliance leader with extensive experience in compliance management systems. You have a proven track record of defining strategies and building scalable programs that align with regulatory requirements. Your ability to partner with bank and regulatory stakeholders is exceptional, and you thrive in roles that offer enterprise-level autonomy. You possess deep regulatory expertise and operational savvy, ensuring that compliance frameworks not only meet expectations but also set new standards for quality and rigor. You are motivated by the mission of empowering renters and are eager to contribute to a growth-stage FinTech company.
In this role, you will serve as a principal-level owner of one or more core pillars of Flex’s Compliance Management System (CMS). You will define the strategy for compliance initiatives and build scalable programs that support the company's growth. Your responsibilities will include partnering with bank and regulatory stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. You will drive systems that allow Flex to grow responsibly and confidently, ensuring that the compliance framework is robust and effective. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement compliance strategies that align with the company's mission and objectives. Your role will be highly visible, and you will have the opportunity to influence the compliance culture within the organization.
