You are adept at developing and executing mass hiring strategies that align with business growth targets, and you thrive in dynamic environments where agility and boldness are key to delivering results.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to monitor funnel metrics and hiring velocity effectively. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance recruitment processes. Desirable

Experience in the food delivery or logistics industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with digital recruitment campaigns and sourcing channels. You are comfortable using data to inform your decisions and can translate business needs into actionable recruitment strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and execute mass hiring strategies for various roles, including Field Sales, Account Managers, and Delivery Operations. You will partner closely with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting plans with growth targets. Your responsibilities will include leading and optimizing sourcing channels, recruitment events, and digital campaigns to attract high-volume talent. You will manage a team of recruiters and coordinators focused on operational and seminar-oriented hiring, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the demands of the business.

You will monitor funnel metrics and hiring velocity, implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment. Compliance with local labor laws and Rocket Now’s hiring standards will be a critical aspect of your role, ensuring that all recruitment practices are ethical and transparent. You will also play a key role in shaping the recruitment culture within the organization, promoting a customer-first approach that aligns with the company’s mission.
