What you'll do

In this role, you will own and execute mass hiring strategies for various roles, including Field Sales, Account Managers, and Delivery Operations. You will partner closely with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting plans with growth targets. Your responsibilities will include leading and optimizing sourcing channels, recruitment events, and digital campaigns to attract high-volume talent. You will manage a team of recruiters and coordinators focused on operational and seminar-oriented hiring, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the demands of the business.

You will monitor funnel metrics and hiring velocity, implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment. Compliance with local labor laws and Rocket Now’s hiring standards will be a critical aspect of your role, ensuring that all recruitment practices are ethical and transparent.
