What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer II on the Growth team, you will play a critical role in expanding Articulate's customer base. You will design and implement experiments that drive user acquisition and activation, turning insights into impactful product features. Your work will directly influence the company's revenue growth, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable applications that support the growth initiatives. This includes writing clean, efficient code and participating in code reviews to uphold the team's standards. You will also engage in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve issues that arise in production environments.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. You will contribute to the team's culture of continuous learning and improvement, fostering an environment where everyone feels empowered to share ideas and innovate.
