You'll ensure fairness and compliance in handling employee matters while collaborating with Talent Management and Culture teams. This role requires expertise in Romanian labor laws and strong interpersonal skills.

Who you are

You are an experienced Employee Relations Specialist with a strong background in managing employee relations issues. You understand the importance of fairness, legal compliance, and compassion in handling sensitive employee matters. Your expertise in Romanian labor laws allows you to provide valuable guidance to HR and leadership teams, ensuring that all practices align with legal requirements and organizational values. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at navigating complex employee situations with professionalism and confidentiality.

You have a proven track record of managing a wide range of employee relations issues, including performance and disciplinary actions, grievances, misconduct, and terminations. Your ability to lead and facilitate complex investigations ensures that outcomes are legally compliant and reflect the organization's commitment to fairness and respect for all employees. You are a trusted advisor who can bring calm and clarity to critical situations, supporting transparent processes during organizational changes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for all employee relations matters in Romania. You will manage cases with professionalism and confidentiality, ensuring that all employee relations issues are handled fairly and consistently. Your responsibilities will include leading investigations into employee grievances and misconduct, providing expert guidance to leadership during sensitive decisions, and ensuring compliance with Romanian labor laws.

You will collaborate closely with the Talent Management and Talent & Culture teams to navigate complex employee situations and support organizational change initiatives. Your role will involve advising HR and leadership on best practices in employee relations, ensuring that all actions taken are in line with legal requirements and organizational values. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company's mission and objectives.
