You are proactive in identifying potential launch risks and developing mitigation plans to protect customer experience. What you'll do

In this role, you will coordinate product launches, ensuring that all internal and external teams are prepared for seamless execution. Your responsibilities will include developing feedback loops that normalize insights from support channels and route them to the appropriate Product and Engineering teams. You will also report on job posting compliance and work closely with various stakeholders to align on timelines and readiness metrics. Your role will require you to prototype automation solutions that replace manual processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in product launches. You will be instrumental in driving the success of product launches by ensuring that all teams are aligned and prepared.
