Uber is seeking an Account Manager for Uber Eats to manage relationships with local restaurants in the Flanders region. You'll be responsible for driving growth and profitability while collaborating closely with restaurant partners. This role requires fluency in French and English.
You have experience in account management, ideally within the food delivery or hospitality sector, where you've successfully managed commercial relationships and driven growth for your partners. You are fluent in both French and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of restaurant partners. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to leverage data to identify opportunities and gaps in your partners' operations. You are a proactive problem solver who can quickly address risks to partnerships and ensure a high level of account retention. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal stakeholders to synthesize feedback and implement solutions that benefit your partners. You are passionate about helping businesses grow and are motivated by the success of your restaurant partners.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of local favorite restaurants in the Flanders region, focusing on building and maintaining long-term commercial relationships. You will articulate and sell the Uber Eats value proposition, helping restaurant partners leverage the full suite of Uber products and services to enhance their business. You will identify key risks to partnerships and work diligently to ensure the best possible experience for your partners, aiming for 100% account retention. You will lead commercial discussions during contract renegotiations and co-define growth strategies with your partners, driving initiatives through effective marketing recommendations and operational optimizations. You will leverage data to make informed recommendations, prioritizing opportunities based on their estimated impact and analyzing the results of implemented solutions. You will partner with internal stakeholders to collect and synthesize restaurant partner feedback into actionable insights, ensuring that their needs are met and that feedback is utilized to improve the overall partnership experience.
