HubSpot is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to leverage inbound selling strategies and drive new business growth. You'll work with HubSpot software and collaborate with Business Development Reps. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in a closing role.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in an Account Executive role, where you've successfully closed new business and nurtured relationships with clients. Your experience includes working with small and mid-sized businesses, allowing you to understand their unique challenges and how to address them effectively. You are comfortable using inbound selling strategies and have a knack for identifying the best solutions for prospective customers. Your collaborative nature enables you to work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing and technology teams, to refine sales strategies and adapt to new product features. You are results-driven and consistently meet or exceed quota levels, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a competitive environment. You are also adaptable, able to work flexibly from your home office or in a hybrid model, depending on your preference.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying challenges faced by prospective customers and providing tailored inbound marketing solutions using HubSpot software. You will benefit from inbound leads and partner with Business Development Representatives to research prospects and develop effective outreach strategies. Running online demos of the HubSpot software will be a key part of your responsibilities, showcasing the value proposition to potential clients. You will build and nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities, ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to closing. Collaborating with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments, you will help evolve the sales strategy as new features and products are introduced. Your insights and perspectives will play a crucial role in shaping the future of HubSpot's mission, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
