Uber is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support the Delivery Commercial Operations team in Amsterdam. You'll manage sales support systems and analyze business performance. This role requires expertise in CRM and data analytics.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales operations, ideally with experience in managing CRM systems and sales tooling. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to drive business performance. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales managers and cross-functional teams to support their day-to-day operations. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for designing creative solutions to complex commercial challenges. Your ability to build strong relationships across departments is key to your success in this role. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities and can adapt to the fast-paced nature of the business.

Desirable

Experience in the delivery or logistics sector would be a plus, as would familiarity with tools for pipeline management and forecasting. A background in developing go-to-market strategies is also beneficial, as it aligns with the responsibilities of this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the management and integration of sales support systems to facilitate the rapid growth of Uber's Delivery business. You will own the quantitative analysis of the commercial team's performance, ensuring that insights are effectively communicated to stakeholders. You will manage the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business cadences, ensuring that all reporting is accurate and timely. Your responsibilities will include developing business requirements documents for improvements to organizational tooling and processes. You will also design and execute experiments aimed at driving growth and efficiencies within the team. Collaborating with sales, finance, strategy, and planning teams will be essential as you work to enhance operational effectiveness.
