Upstart is seeking a Financial Analyst to support their Emerging Products organization. You'll engage in financial and business planning while collaborating with various business leaders. This role requires strong analytical skills and a passion for improving access to affordable credit.
You are a highly motivated and analytical individual with experience in financial analysis and planning. Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) is a plus, as well as familiarity with the lending or fintech industry. You may have worked with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, and are comfortable using various financial tools and software to enhance your analyses. A background in data analysis or automation would also be beneficial, as you will be working at the intersection of data and finance.
As a Financial Analyst at Upstart, you will support all aspects of financial planning and analysis for the Emerging Products organization. You will collaborate with business leaders across the company to drive analyses that inform business and strategic cases. Your role will involve in-depth financial and business planning, where you will analyze trends and provide insights that help shape the direction of the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve how Upstart plans, reports, and analyzes financial data, ensuring that the company remains agile and responsive to market changes.
You will be responsible for developing financial models that support new product initiatives and help assess their potential impact on the business.
