About This Role
We’re seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and lifecycle optimization for the CashBack+ Pay mobile app. In this role, you will blend analytical rigor with creative experimentation to launch campaigns, build multichannel programs, optimize funnels, and own the KPIs that fuel product-led growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Data, Partner Success, Operations, and Leadership to accelerate adoption and turn everyday spenders into loyal, high-value users.
This role sits in a rapidly growing part of our business and requires someone who is scrappy, customer-obsessed, and energized by building in the early innings. Expectations are high and the work moves quickly so the environment can be ambiguous, demanding, and high-pressure at times.
