What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, building, and scaling systems that leverage machine learning to address real-world business challenges. You will collaborate closely with various teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance Adyen's capabilities in data-driven risk management. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, guiding them through complex technical challenges, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

You will be involved in the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment. You will work on developing algorithms that can effectively analyze large volumes of transaction data to identify patterns and anomalies, contributing to the prevention of financial crime across Adyen's platform.

Your role will also involve collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and success metrics. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team, ensuring that best practices are followed in software development and machine learning implementation.
