What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success and ensuring the effective adoption of Axon’s products and solutions in Italy. You will work closely with the Country Manager and the sales and engineering teams to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Your day-to-day activities will include training customers on the use of TASER® and Axon products, providing technical support, and gathering feedback to inform product improvements. You will also collaborate with in-country partners and distributors to expand market presence and drive new business opportunities. Your efforts will directly impact public safety initiatives, making communities safer through the effective use of technology. You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs, adapting your approach to meet the evolving landscape of public safety challenges.
