Deliveroo is seeking a Field-Sales Manager to lead a sales team in the North East, focusing on driving growth and improving market selection. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in sales management.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in the food or delivery sector. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, demonstrating a strong bias for action. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and motivates your team to achieve challenging goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work cross-functionally with various departments to drive results. You are based in Newcastle, Middlesbrough, or Sunderland, and are passionate about local markets and community engagement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of growth KPIs and CVP metrics for your cities, leading a sales team of 9 to deliver on ambitious targets. You will work closely with your team to improve selection across all segments, identifying and executing guerrilla marketing activities to enhance brand visibility. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, developing strategic initiatives, and collaborating with the Regional Growth team to ensure alignment with company objectives. You will spend a significant amount of time in your cities, engaging with local stakeholders and driving community-focused initiatives.
