As a Paid Ads Lead at Tilt, you will take the lead on driving growth, predominantly through paid acquisition channels like Google, Instagram and TikTok.
This role demands a strong background in performance marketing, experience managing diverse businesses and budgets, and a results-driven mindset.
You’ll have the opportunity to launch, optimise, and scale campaigns, owning what we envision as a significant growth engine for Tilt.
Develop an acquisition strategy for Google. Instagram and TikTok (Italy, Spain)
Analyze competitor strategies and integrate insights into campaigns
Improve ad ROAS
Recommend content iterations based on TikTok, Instagram and Google best practices
Collaborate with creatives to refine and iterate on high-performing ads
Reporting ownership
Responsibilities (3+ months):
Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and scale spend beyond £100k/month
Test new channels and ad formats to diversify acquisition efforts
Make product recommendations to support paid acquisition efforts
Support organic Google, Instagram and TikTok efforts
Develop in-house influencer marketing function
Maintain an agile approach to competitor and market trends
Build or manage external resources to support growth
You must be an ambitious, curious, relentless, and no-ego problem-solver who is excited to build the future of shopping.
3+ years of experience in performance marketing
Fluency in English
Experience scaling budgets from 0-$50k pm, with efficient payback periods
Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in marketing, partnerships, data, product, and engineering
A good eye for creatives, with the ability to discern content that speaks to users
Strong knowledge of tools, running effective campaigns, key metrics and attribution methodologies
You have an interest in fashion or internet culture, and can stay relevant
