Equip Health is seeking a Learning & Development Program Director to lead the strategy and implementation of learning programs focused on leadership development. This role requires collaboration with senior leadership and a strong understanding of organizational strategy.
You have extensive experience in learning and development, particularly in designing and implementing programs that enhance leadership capabilities across various levels of an organization. Your background includes strategic program design and operational excellence, ensuring that learning initiatives align with organizational goals and culture. You are adept at collaborating with senior leadership and understand the importance of aligning learning programs with future capability needs. Experience in the healthcare sector or with organizations focused on mental health and wellness would be a significant advantage.
