You have a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable iterating on features based on user feedback and analytics. What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Faire, you will be responsible for developing and delivering core features of our Kotlin-based server. You will enhance the Ads experience for brands, ensuring that our marketplace remains competitive and user-friendly. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Data Science and Analytics Engineering teams to provide insights and tools that empower brands.

You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment, and will be expected to contribute to code reviews and technical documentation. Your ability to analyze data and iterate on features will be crucial in driving improvements and ensuring that our platform meets the needs of independent retailers.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our marketplace and the businesses we support.
