Carvana is seeking an Automotive Prep professional to join their team in Heath, OH. You'll be responsible for automotive painting tasks including priming, sanding, and buffing vehicles. This role requires at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
You have a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. You understand the importance of delivering high-quality work and are committed to ensuring that every vehicle meets the company's standards. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet customer expectations. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
Experience with advanced automotive painting techniques or familiarity with state-of-the-art tools would be a plus. A willingness to learn and grow within the company is highly valued, as Carvana offers training programs for entry-level positions.
As an Automotive Prep professional at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting by performing tasks such as priming and final sanding. You will also engage in buffing, touch-up work, paint mixing, and airbrushing to ensure that each vehicle is ready for delivery. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining the high standards that Carvana is known for. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to complete your tasks efficiently.
