Overview

Doctolib is hiring an Account Manager to drive sales in the optical and audiology sectors. You'll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and sales skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for contacting and convincing opticians and audioprothésistes to adopt Doctolib's solutions. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to installation and customer follow-up. Your day-to-day tasks will include optimizing your sales processes and ensuring that your clients are satisfied with the solutions provided. You will also be involved in training practitioners on how to use Doctolib effectively, ensuring they can maximize the benefits of our services. Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients will be key to your success in this position.
