In this role, you will own the end-to-end program management of strategic sales initiatives, developing detailed project plans and managing timelines to ensure successful launches. You will act as the activation lead for your programs, partnering with the Sales Enablement team to create necessary materials such as playbooks and training decks. Your role will involve delivering program-specific training and communications to ensure the sales team understands the objectives and execution strategies for each initiative.
You will define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for each program before launch, tracking performance and analyzing results to provide data-driven insights to leadership. Your ability to drive adoption and engagement within the sales team will be crucial, as you will serve as the go-to subject matter expert for your programs.
