You are a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in program management, particularly in sales environments. You have experience developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive sales performance, and you excel at coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Your ability to analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights sets you apart as a leader in sales activation and enablement.

You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and equipped for success. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to deliver training and materials that empower sales teams to understand and execute on strategic initiatives effectively. You are detail-oriented and adept at managing timelines and project plans, ensuring that all aspects of program management are executed flawlessly.

Desirable

Experience in the advertising or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end program management of strategic sales initiatives, developing detailed project plans and managing timelines to ensure successful launches. You will act as the activation lead for your programs, partnering with the Sales Enablement team to create necessary materials such as playbooks and training decks. Your role will involve delivering program-specific training and communications to ensure the sales team understands the objectives and execution strategies for each initiative.

You will define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for each program before launch, tracking performance and analyzing results to provide data-driven insights to leadership. Your ability to drive adoption and engagement within the sales team will be crucial, as you will serve as the go-to subject matter expert for your programs.
