Overview

ESO is seeking an Account Manager to manage relationships and upsell opportunities within the hospital market. You'll focus on networking and lead generation to grow the existing business. This role requires 2+ years of experience in direct selling or account management.

Who you are

You have at least 2 years of experience in a direct selling or account management role, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed quotas. You possess a team enterprise sale mentality, which allows you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Your drive and ability to work independently are complemented by your strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain relationships with key client decision-makers and industry partners. You are proactive in engaging clients, agencies, and partners, educating them on ESO products through meetings and presentations. Your experience in managing a sales pipeline and accurately forecasting sales opportunities sets you apart as a candidate who can thrive in this role.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager for ESO's Hospital sales division, you will be responsible for managing ongoing relationships and identifying upsell opportunities within our existing customer base in the hospital market. You will engage in networking and lead generation activities to develop a robust sales pipeline and grow the existing business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing a sales pipeline for a territory of named accounts in the United States, building and maintaining relationships with key client decision-makers, and educating clients on ESO products. You will develop and progress sales proposals that address the specific needs of your clients, lead and support contract negotiations, and manage your pipeline and forecast to drive sales opportunities to closure against a sales quota. You will work closely with stakeholders from the Hospital, State, and Federal sectors, ensuring that you are well-positioned to meet the needs of your clients and contribute to the overall success of ESO.
