OKX is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand their network of affiliates and key opinion leaders in the United States. This role requires extensive knowledge of the crypto industry and a proactive approach to building strategic partnerships.
You have a strong background in business development, particularly in the crypto industry, and understand market trends, regulations, and key players. Your proactive nature drives you to seek out and attract new affiliates, including crypto enthusiasts and influencers, to enhance our network. You are results-driven and implement strategies that foster strategic partnerships effectively.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build and maintain relationships with affiliates and key opinion leaders. Your ability to analyze market data and trends enables you to make informed business decisions that align with the company's goals. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the evolving landscape of the crypto industry.
Experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships within the crypto or tech industry is a plus. Familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps) and the broader blockchain ecosystem will help you excel in this role. A network of contacts within the crypto community can significantly enhance your effectiveness as a Business Development Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding OKX's network of affiliates in the United States. You will proactively search for and attract new affiliates, including influencers and traffic websites, to foster strategic partnerships. Your expert knowledge of the crypto industry will guide your efforts in making informed business decisions that contribute to the company's growth.
You will implement strategies to recruit and engage affiliates, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. Collaborating with internal teams, you will align affiliate marketing efforts with broader company objectives. You will track and analyze the performance of affiliate partnerships, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Your role will also involve representing OKX at industry events and conferences, where you will network with potential affiliates and key opinion leaders. You will stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, using this information to refine your approach and maintain a competitive edge.
