You are a dedicated and passionate educator with experience in early childhood development, particularly in Montessori or RIE methodologies. You understand the importance of creating a respectful and cognitively stimulating environment for young children. You are open to learning and continuing education, eager to share your knowledge while also learning from your peers. You value collaboration and are committed to partnering with families to support their children's growth and development. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to provide continuous feedback to families regarding their children's individual needs.
As the Lead Infant Guide at Ohana Child Development Center, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging programming for infants and toddlers.
