What you'll do

As the Lead Infant Guide at Ohana Child Development Center, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging programming for infants and toddlers. You will create a nurturing environment that encourages exploration and learning, ensuring that each child's unique needs are met. You will work closely with families, providing them with insights into their children's development and fostering a supportive community. You will collaborate with other educators to enhance the learning experience and contribute to a positive team culture. Your role will involve ongoing assessment of children's progress and adapting programming to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
