Justworks is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. You'll be the trusted point of contact, working closely with Sales partners to foster long-term relationships. This role requires strong customer service skills and experience in relationship management.
As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you are the trusted point of contact for valued new customers that work with our Sales partners. Your previous experience has prepared you to be adept at orchestrating the entire onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for client administrators. You embody a proactive, service-first approach, anticipating client needs, and setting the stage for a successful long-term partnership with Justworks. You thrive in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment and are excited about building something meaningful while having fun.
In this role, you will own the responsibility for getting new customers up and running on our platform. You will work closely with clients to guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to utilize our services effectively. Your focus will be on relationship management, where you will proactively address any concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients and contribute to the continuous improvement of our onboarding processes.
