Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organizations to proactively find and fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. NodeZero has been adopted by organizations of all sizes, from small educational institutions to government agencies and Global 100 enterprises. It is used by ITOps/SecOps teams, consulting pentesters, and MSSPs and MSPs. 

We are a fusion of former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and formerly frustrated cybersecurity practitioners. We're committed to helping solve our common security problems: ineffective security tools, false positives resulting in alert fatigue, blind spots, "checkbox” security culture, cybersecurity skills shortage, and the long lead time and expense of hiring outside consultants. Collectively, we are a team of learn it alls, committed to a culture of respect, collaboration, ownership, and results.

As a remote first company, we require minimum 25Mbps consumer grade broadband connection.

What you'll be doing

In the role of Field Channel Marketing Manager-NAM, you will be instrumental in driving our go-to-market strategy through our network of channel partners in North America. You will craft and implement robust marketing plans to boost awareness of our product offerings, stimulate demand and optimize partner sales performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute joint partner activities (e.g., webinars, co-sponsored events, partner networking sessions, outbound calling days) to strengthen partnerships, drive demand, and create opportunities for mutual growth.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships within our partner ecosystem, serving as their main event point of contact and providing ongoing support.

  • Collaborate with key partners to track, report, and analyze the success of campaign activities, using insights to improve the effectiveness of future campaigns. Closely collaborate with Head of Field Marketing, Global Partner Marketing Lead, and North America CAMs to drive pipeline through joint activities and our partner ecosystem.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine and optimize partner marketing strategies. 

  • Communicate with the organization and leadership to keep the team informed on the effectiveness of our activities,  reporting on findings and outcomes to inform future decisions and investments

  • You will be responsible for managing and maximizing your budget

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2-3+ yrs of experience in Channel Events Marketing within technology, SaaS, or the cybersecurity industry

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful partner Marketing campaigns

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Strong data analytical skills with the ability to interpret insights into actionable plans

  • Proficiency in handling multiple projects concurrently and working effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Knowledge of modern Marketing tools and software is an advantage (SFDC, Pardot, Allbound, Zoom)

Preferences

  • Spanish language proficiency a plus

  • Experience working with MSP/MSSP partners is preferred

  • Experience managing Zoom Webinars

Travel Required 

We are a fully remote company, and this job may require up to 20% of travel to be successful. Job-related travel expenses are reviewed and approved by your manager.

In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:

  • Base salary range: $90,000 - $135,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.

  • Additional compensation: This role may also be eligible for an equity package (in the form of stock options). If any other compensation benefits apply, they will be discussed during the interview process.
