Job Description

Overview

The AI Workforce Specialist Sales Director is a senior manager who leads and mentors multiple teams in discussions with senior stakeholders and decision makers for high-value customers to deepen relationships and identify, qualify, and accelerate sales opportunities. Sets strategy for teams on whitespace analysis and identifying business opportunities and market gaps within the assigned territory, utilizing AI-driven market intelligence tools to assess trends and insights. Leads team in comprehensively evaluating of territory and crafts strategic insights to align sales initiatives with customer business priorities and outcomes, incorporating AI-driven predictive analytics to forecast future market needs. Accelerate AI-powered productivity for customers by delivering strategic solutions across Microsoft 365 and Copilot portfolio. Act as a trusted advisor to help organisations unlock business value through AI and cloud technologies.



Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Own strategic opportunities for AI Workforce transformation.
  • Drive growth for Core M365 Business, M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, Agents, Viva, Windows 365, and Frontline Worker solutions.

Customer Engagement

  • Lead consultative conversations with C-level stakeholders.
  • Build business cases and commercial constructs aligned to customer goals.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain disciplined pipeline coverage.
  • Ensure accurate sales stage progression and partner attach.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Orchestrate with ATU (Account Teams), CSU (Customer Success Teams), Partners, and Specialists across Security, AI Business Process and Cloud & AI Platform.

Learning & Growth

  • Achieve advanced skilling (L400 consultative selling, L200 technical depth).
  • Share best practices and contribute to community learning.

Core Focus Areas

  • Secure AI Productivity
  • Copilot and Agents at Work
  • Scale with Cloud and AI Endpoints 


Qualifications
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales and solution selling.
  • Strong understanding of AI, Modern Work, and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive transformation.
