What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for painting vehicles inside our advanced paint booths. You will match and mix paint colors to ensure that each vehicle meets our high standards for quality and appearance. Your role will involve using water-based paint, which requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that vehicles are painted efficiently and to the highest standards. Your ability to work as part of a team will be crucial in meeting production goals and delivering vehicles to customers on time. You will also be expected to maintain the tools and equipment used in the painting process, ensuring they are in good working condition.
