Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Auto Technician to perform light to medium automotive repairs. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience and offers competitive wages and benefits.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your ability to handle a variety of automotive repairs. Your expertise includes performing general automotive repairs such as radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems. You are skilled in completing repairs for wheel bearings and axles, as well as carrying out vehicle climate control repair and replacement for ACs and heater cores. You are committed to using state-of-the-art tools and techniques in your work, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
You understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You are adaptable and willing to learn new skills, especially if you are joining in an entry-level position where training programs are available to help you progress. Your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities make you a valuable asset to the Carvana team.
As a Mid-Level Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing light to medium automotive repairs on a variety of vehicles. You will diagnose and repair issues related to radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems, ensuring that each vehicle meets safety and performance standards. You will also handle repairs for wheel bearings and axles, as well as climate control systems, including AC and heater cores. Your role will involve using advanced tools and technology in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
You will work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner. Your ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers will be essential in providing excellent service. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs that will enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive repair, allowing you to grow within the company.
