What you'll do

As a Customer Success Engineer at WalkMe, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to ensure they derive maximum value from our Digital Adoption Platform. You will provide technical expertise during customer onboarding and ongoing support, helping clients implement WalkMe's features effectively. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and challenges, delivering tailored solutions that enhance their digital transformation journey. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. You will also develop and deliver training sessions and resources to empower customers in utilizing WalkMe's platform.
