Saviynt is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to collaborate with Sales Directors and Regional VPs in selling Access Governance and Cloud Security solutions. You'll leverage your expertise to deliver technical solutions and mentor junior engineers.
You have a strong background in solutions engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the field, demonstrating a deep understanding of vendor solutions and industry best practices. Your expertise in Access Governance and Cloud Security allows you to effectively engage with customers and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. You are skilled in conducting technical discovery sessions and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), showcasing your ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Sales Directors and Regional VPs to drive sales opportunities to closure. Your proactive approach and independent work ethic enable you to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You are also passionate about mentoring and coaching junior Solutions Engineers, sharing your knowledge and strategies to help them succeed in their roles.
Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to deliver compelling technical presentations that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. You are comfortable working remotely and are willing to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales efforts.
Experience with AI-powered identity platforms or similar technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the value of solutions to potential customers. You have a knack for creating engaging content, contributing to product marketing efforts through white papers, webinars, and blogs that highlight the benefits of Saviynt's solutions.
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Saviynt, you will play a critical role in the sales process by collaborating with Sales Directors and Regional VPs to sell an integrated suite of Access Governance and Cloud Security solutions. You will leverage your technical expertise to conduct detailed technical discovery sessions with customers, ensuring that their needs are accurately understood and addressed. Your ability to respond to RFPs with well-crafted technical solutions will be essential in winning new business.
You will also be responsible for delivering Proof of Concepts (POCs) that showcase the capabilities of Saviynt's solutions, helping customers visualize how these solutions can solve their specific challenges. Your contributions to product marketing will include developing white papers, solutions briefs, and engaging content that highlights the value of Saviynt's offerings.
In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will mentor and coach junior Solutions Engineers, sharing your strategies for influencing customers and managing the scope of technical presentations. Your leadership will help foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
